About me

"I am privileged to serve the community that shaped me. I am standing in Delyn because I care passionately about the people, communities and workplaces here and I will be a strong and effective voice for us in the Assembly.  I have been an Assembly Member since May 5th 2016.

In my previous role I've led successful campaigns to protect the wages and safety of agricultural workers in Wales, achieve greater justice for victims of asbestos related diseases, a living wage for those working in our NHS and action on blacklisting.

I've worked with key employers like Airbus and will work hard to drive greater investment, employment and opportunities to our area. I am a fresh face for the future with the energy and experience to make a real difference for Delyn and be in a position to make devolution deliver for North Wales from day one.

I am from Flintshire and have spent time working across Wales and the UK. Aged 36, I grew up in Connah's Quay, went to school at St Richard Gwyn in Flint and currently live in Mold.
